London
My plane arrived late, meaning that I got to Heathrow closer to 6am than 5:30am. My lovely sister was there waiting for me :) We hopped on the tube to Victoria station and went and put my bags in the luggage hold at Victoria Coach Station then headed to find some breakfast (cos Nan and Gramps had very kindly given me some pounds to spend on a meal with Samme). We ended up on Oxford St craving pancakes and just as we were about to give up on finding a place that was open very early on a Sunday, we stumbled upon Garfunkels and had pancakes with bacon and maple syrup and hash browns. so yummy.

After that we wandered around Oxford St for a while then decided to do some sight-seeing. Our aim was to find Big Ben but we ended up at Buckingham Palace.

We then had no idea which way to head to actually get to Big Ben so decided to ask a police lady where to go. Total blonde moment for us because she turned and pointed to a giant building sticking up above the trees that was very obviously Big Ben… our bad! So we headed there, and on our way happened to stumble across a parade, as it was the changing of the guards that day.

But we finally got to Big Ben and I was pleased because the last time i visited it, it was a dreary typically English grey day, the total opposite of the bright blue sky and sun that we had! :)

By this stage we were both getting quite tired and thirsty so we headed over the Jubilee bridge to go back to Oxford St for some lunch and window shopping. We then went and picked up my luggage from the coach station and made our way as fast as possible to my bus stop to catch the EasyBus to Gatwick to catch my flight to Spain.
